"Zero Tolerance" of airport-security glitches from the new Transportation Security Administration has airport and airline officials fuming.  Agency chief Magaw enlises former colleagues from the Secret Service and the Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms bureau.  Deputy Steve McHale assures airport directors, "We won't tolerate a police-state atmosphere at the airports."  But Krys Bart of the Reno/Tahoe facility snaps, "He's from the ATF.  Isn't that the agency that shoots first?"
