BATF will ignore the whole thing. I say this because they have no jurisdiction to investigate. What she allegedly did was not a violation of Federal law. A state law is what is alleged to have been violated here, and it would probably be the jurisdiction of the local police to investigate after receiving a proper complaint.
Sorry to disrail the bandwagon, but thems is the facts. |

I think she's untouchable. "Icons" don't get the same treatment as the rest. An exception will be made. Nothing will be done about it. Also, the fact that she's been dignosed with cancer will only enhance the sympathy factor.
... Sometime down the road, someone else will do the same, and the book will get thrown at them. Count on it. |

Cozying up to the BATF goons is not a good way to improve CCRKBA. It only consolidates their power against us. This Sarah Brady story is goofy nonsense. So she bought her kid a rifle and is a terrible hypocrite. Is that anything we didn't know all along?
Gun owners should [b]never[/b] call on the BATF to do anything except [b]disband[/b]. |
