Anyone have an idea how this barrel ended up like this? If a tank was burning could a cooked off round do this? Or is it more likely that after the tank was disabled someone then “spiked” the barrel?

that is the modified choke barrel for shooting 120mm shotgun shells...for close range anti-personnel engagements....

either that or an example of the newly approved BATF barrel.
