Need your guys thoughts. found a cannon 28 rifle gun safe fire rated for 30 min at 1200 degrees for 699.00 on sale thought that sounded pretty good what do u guys think? he's also got the same size champion for about double the price, he said that was because it had double the fire rating.

I can only speak about the Champion, and it is about right. I have one myself and he is correct about the fire rating. It is an excellent safe. $ well spent IMHO.

thanks wtr the only thing is im not sure if the extra 30 min of fire rating would be worth it around here the fire dept never saves more than the foundation. did u think the price was reasonable for the other one? for its size i thought that was pretty good. but im not sure.

I paid $2,029 delivered for a Champion Challenger series 48cu ft safe last week. 72.5 x 41 x 28".

Very happy with the purchase.
