hear this on rush yesterday? seems they are going to costa rica to set up shop, than work for obama. and americans will be going down there for better health care

My cardiologist and his partners are going to Mexico (Nuevo Laredo) and will set up a cash business there just across the border. .  It would be worth the drive.  

No more surgery though. Office visits only.
