I'd buy a used semi truck and refrigerated trailer.

There is alot of frozen freight coming out of wi that pays over $2 a mile. Cheese and kraft pizzas for the win. Plus I turn my own wrenches, which would save me thousands of dollars a year.

So you have a bullet proof way to get 2,000-3,000% ROI in one year. People would
be falling all over each other to give you the money to do this for part of the profit
if this was true.

Use it to offset income lost when I take a few months off work to study and get my OCA/OCP certifications. Re-enter the workforce at a much higher salary. Payoff would be in years, not months.
