Maybe Arafat's translator confused the word "tatoo" for "magic marker"...

The REAL question is, did the Israelis also take finger prints and DNA samples? (If anyone needs a "terrorist wannabe" database, it's them!)

C'mon man, that crap is written w/ a freaking magic marker...  Hell, I was "numbered by the beast" when the freaking cops tossed me in jail for underage drinking 10 years ago.
