Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Having trouble loading the Reply Page.

Lately, the reply page has been loading really slow.  

It seems to get hung up on the emoticon images. Sometimes, it is slow or doesn't load at all.  

When I am just browsing topics there is no problem loading the pages.

I've cleaned out my temp files and cookies and it makes little to no difference.

Is it me or the server?
