Just scanning here, not seen the question (I am sure it's here, just can't find it).

I'm having difficulty resizing a pic for an avatar. I can set 80x60 pixels no problem, but even setting save in photoshop to the lowest setting, the file still comes in at over 12kb. Anyone able to coach me on how to reduce that size even more? (Cloesest I'lve gotten was around 14kb I think).

Try to open your photo in paint shop, then go to image, resize, and apply 80x60, I just got mine working , but its a little blurry.
