Members and Team Members can post pics.
You have to put your pics on a hosting site like Photobucket or Image Shack and then link to them from here using the "Image" icon located below the message box. It's above and to the left of the Size 4 icon, it's the yellow sguare one. Good luck.......

Nice pic. But if you're trying to blend in with everyone here, make sure you black out your serial numbers with photoshop!
