Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Browsing on an iPad mini 4

I have just recently started using the site again, and have noticed that browsing using chrome on an iPad mini 4 that the forum view constantly "bounces" while scrolling. It appears the liquid layout of the css expands beyond the boundary of the iPad mini screen size.  Does anyone else have this problem?

Why not use safari?  It works just fine.

Because chrome is syncing across all of my devices; not just apple :)
