Thanks for fixing the list markup.  Now there is at least one extraneous BR elemet after the generated UL or OL:

Here is an example:

Test1

• foo
• bar

Test2

So there are two BRs after the 'Here is an example:' text and one between the <UL> and "Test2".  Instead of using <BR>, can you wrap blocks of text in <P> elements?  I know that doesn't allow people to control the amount of vertical white-space but should they be able to?
