Two days ago, I started getting ICQ e-mails with odd subjects...all also included the message:  "Unknown mime-type detected!
Message could not be delivered."

Last night I got some more, which is annoying when you're playing a game online.

Then, when I went to bed, I left ICQ running.

Well, this morning, I had 5 messages waiting for me.  All were basically the same.  But, two were from AR15.com e-mail addresses!

So, it seems that by me ading my ICQ account into the AR15.com system, the virus has taken it and used it to try to send infected e-mail through ICQ.  THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED!

Nope.  If you had just changed your e-mail, how would the members know it?

Also, here's a new one.  I ONLY use the AR15.com web based e-mail.  Yet, I just got an ICQ from MYSELF (my AR15 addy), when I don't even have the mail window open.

The problem is obviously in the system.

The best thing to do right now is to go into your profile and set your "Show Email" option to be "No".

Klez grabs email addresses from cached web pages of infected people, so if they read a post with your email address in it, then it's fair game to get picked by the klez virus as either the SENDER or RECIPIENT of the virus email... talk about a pain in the arse... you know how many pages include the webmaster address??? ALL OF THEM!!! [=D]
