how long does it take between the time i get a reply from paypal and i can use the site as a member?
what will change so i will know i am an active member?

GoatBoy told me that it takes a few days.  I joined Friday and he said that it would be by mid week.  [:D]

GoatBoy is probably up to his tail (pun intended) with network stuff right now. I'm sure we will probably be true members by the end of the week or so :)
