Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Topics not loading

The site has been slow for me for some time. Now some topics will not load at all. The banner will come up but thats all. The text never loads. I have deleted the cookies and history but am still having problems.

Earthlink is my ISP and the trouoble started just before they changed all the dial up numbers. I'm running a 56k modem and usually hook up aroud 45/49 k. any suggestions?

Don't feel bad. I'm running a cable modem and this site barely loads for me. Even with cable this site loads slower than when I had a 14400 modem. I sure look forward to when Goatboy does the upgrade .[sleep]
