I think an ad banner with a option to go back on an advertisement would be a good change.   I can't tell you how many times I have wanted to click on a banner but it changes before I can get to it.  Of course, when clicking on links (to change the ad) it is impossible to find that exact ad.

Or just page that displays all of the ad banners. I have had similar problems... This woudl be a simple fix though.
