For the poor souls like me who have dial up 56K connections...

I have noticed that besides the advertisements, that the top 1/3 of the site page almost never changes.  

Could the top portion of the viewable page that has the graphics be in its own table?  Then the only part of the page that changes would be the forums, and the pages that I go through 100-150 times at a sitting.  I believe that would speed up considerably the load time for many users.

I really love the site, and thanks you for all of your hard work on it.  I hope to be a paying user soon, I have to convince the wife it is a business expense.
