Been looking to get a new mod that supports dual batteries.  I had decided on a IPV 3Li and two sets of batteries.

Now that I have been looking around I have started to look at the DNA 200 mods.

Both do everything that I need.  So does anyone have any input on the decision.  The DNA200 mods are more expensive but I wouldn't have to buy extra batteries.  I am not heavily invested in batteries right now.

Any thoughts?

I'm going to second Keith on the D2. Best damn thing that's come out in awhile IMO.

BUT, if it absolutely must be dual batts, I'd say go with the IPV. Damn things are built like tanks.

I LOVE the DNA chip, but not really sold on the 200 yet. Then again I rarely Vape past 40 watts anymore

What manufacturer are you looking at for the DNA 200? That really makes all the difference

I haven't decided yet.

The more I think about it the more I think I will stick with the IPV for now.  I want something that is going to last and dual batteries is a must for battery life.  I looked at the 4s model but didn't like the feel.

Interesting.  I hadn't heard of that before now.  Found a couple reviews but look like they are just really coming out.

I do like the form factor better than the D3Li.

It does seem to offer many features for little money.

Only fires down to .8 ohms??

Looks like .08 in temp mode and .10 in wattage mode.  With my normal builds .1 is find but with nickel and my dual rba deck it will be hard to get it above .08.

IPV3 Li will go down to .05 so it gets the nod for that.

DNA 200 only supports down to .08 as well.

What the fuck you guys need super subohm coils for on a regulated mod?   Just turn it up.

When you get into temp control builds it is hard to get the ohms up.  A normal 5-7 wrap with nickel is only ~.1ohms so with a dual coil that would be cut to .5ohms.  Thus the need for something to fire down that low.

With a normal build I don't need it.

I see.  I don't do temp control but that makes sense.
