By the time I get home it will be dark. Gonna try to brew this weekend though. I get my stir plate tomorrow from Rebel and my ingredients for another round of Strawberry/Rhubarb ale from Northern. Australian Ale (WLP009) is out of stock everywhere so I have to grow my own from a couple of bottles of my previous edition of the S/R. Wife will be heartbroken that she has to drink 2 bottles of it to contribute to the yeast starter.

Just dropped the chiller in. Now I can take the dags out for a run before it gets dark. |
