I am working with some of the folks (via my dad and his photography club) on photographing the eclipse that will be passing over my AOR.
Good directions here
I am going to automate my camera to take a series of pics during the totality as it passes me (My driveway gets 1:42 of total coverage). Take note at the exposures, you can't use your camera on automatic and get the correct exposures and have the correct ISO settings. You have to adjust it remotely via a computer controller (my pop's friend makes cables for it and has written a program) and I will be using his software/hardware.
I am going to test run it a few times before the event of course.
Is anyone else in the path going to do any cool things while it passes over?
