Here's an easy recipe....
Makes about 15 fingers and sauce
Fingers
One package of chicken tenderloins
1 quart buttermilk
4 cups flour
salt & pepper to taste
Thaw the fingers, dip in buttermilk then bread with flour/salt/pepper mix, re-dip in the buttermilk and coat with flour mix again.
Deep fry at 400*F for about 5min, 5 fingers at a time, until golden brown.
Dipping sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Generous amount of black pepper (cover surface two or three times and mix in)
Mix together and refrigerate for one hour before serving.
These are the best fingers you will ever taste. Your kids will love them!
