Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - digging?

So, our GSD/retriever mix is digging next to the fence. Partially to get at the pocket gophers that are around here, and partially because she wants to play with the dog next door (small dog so no worries there). I've tried placing her poo around the fence but she is digging anyways... suggestions?

Vinager. Rocky digs sometimes, and the SO gets out a bottle of the stuff, pours it were he's digging and he stays away from it.
