Pretty good list I can't argue too strongly against the inclusions. My only thought is prog rock was under represented (I only noticed Rush and Yes) and I'm suprised they had a couple Sex Pistols songs but no Ramones.

And it has nothing to do with where you talk about it, because it would be the same anywhere else. |

Dude if Paul Gilbert isn't on there then I could care less about the list, he influenced thousands of guitarists and many top rock and metal players cite him as a huge influence.
Paul Gilbert - Technical Diffuclties He is what got me and many of my friends to start playing guitar, his instructional video from the 80s "Intense Rock" is one I still practice with every day. Not to mention he has made many other videos, written for guitar magazines for 20-30 years and been a teacher for much of that time. Most of my playing is based off of the techniques he used. |
