DON`T  even think about flying without lessons. I have not flown one but fly fixed wing ultralites on a regular basis. If you look you will find a instructor. A single seat does not require a license but you need to be trained. You need to hang out with people who fly these not at a dealer who wants to sell you something. People die in these. In a few weeks this will be the place to see it all. It is called OSKOSH(spelling not correct) look it up.
