Is there a website out there that actually gives live information?  Noticed flightaware has quite the lag when picking my brother up at the airport and tracking his flight.  Flightaware showed his plane 20 minutes out yet when he called me wondering were I was...he was already on the ground, baggage in hand.

Is the lag for some security reason or just technological logistics?  I'm near the airport so next time I'll just listen to the radio and head out when his flight gets handed off to tower.
