Open to all members of the cigar subforum. Echo has approved this! If you are new and have never participated in anything with this subforum follow this procedure: 1) Reply to this post with an Im in. 2) Send a PM to EchoAngel17 he will provide further instructions. This is a Christmas Cigar/Pipe Gift Exchange. This is forcigar/pipe items only. Ashtrays, Pipes, Lighters, Cigars, Cigar Tobacco, Cutters, Spirits etc.. Anything that is related to it. The only exception to the rule is you and your buddy decide to exchange more. Just agree to it. You must be over 18 to participate. Unless you are exchanging items that require you to be 21. 1. If you want in, reply with an I’m in. Deadline for this is midnight December 1st, 2015. No exceptions. Ill make the matches on December 2nd. I will assign numbers place in hat and drawn names 1 by 1. 2. Once I pair you up, please contact your buddy ASAP. Exchange mailing addresses and such. You will not be allowed to pick your buddy. 3. I am thinking a budget of 30$ is enough but with this group,that may be a bit low. Discuss it with your buddy and decide on a budget. I don’t care on the amount. Just agree on it. I suggest a list of cigar/pipe flavors you like, that way it gives your buddy an idea on what to buy. For example. I like medium-full bodied cigars. I am not that much into pipe but I like a woodsy earthy flavor. 4. If you are paired with someone you don’t want to exchange with, let me know ASAP. I don’t care about the reasons. 5. Please mail your gift in enough time for your buddy to get it before Christmas. I think December 18th is a good date to shoot for. 6. Please get a tracking number. IM your buddy with it, so they know its coming. 7. If you decide to back out, let me know ASAP. Please do so before December 2nd. Otherwise you are expected to exchange. 8. I am sure you fabulous  guys will conduct yourselves accordingly, but...If you lie, cheat, steal, deceive, or otherwise compromise a member, punishment will be levied and harsh to those who do.9. If you don't want to participate, don't sign up. If you sign up and then drop off the face of the earth you will be punished and not allowed to participate is any other gift exchanges/passes. 10. I have messaged everyone who their partner is. It is your choice if you wish to publicly show who your partner is and what was sent to you. Be sure to agree to a price before ordering. I don't care about the amount just agree. A reminder. Ship your present out no later than Dec.15. Be sure to send your partner a message with the tracking number so they can know it's coming. Preferred shipping is USPS priority mail. If you fail to send it this way with a tracking number you are still responsible for the delivery even if it gets lost. Enjoy be merry its Christmas. Now get to sending those White Owls. |

Have fun with this but don't try to outweigh your partner. Not everyone needs to fill a large flat rate box to pull this off. I mean unless you get FRIGID....then...we all will donate UBERFINE smokes for the goat.
