I had a molar pulled 1 week before my 1st Cigarfest trip....I smoke a dozen that day and I was fine
If a cigar has the slightest hint of a tight draw move on to another so you don't dislodge the clot and wind up with a dry socket. |

I had all 4 cut out at once. Protip (follow this or suffer)
Don't spit for a week. Don't drink from a straw. Don't yawn really big. I didn't follow the above and got two dry sockets. Fun part was, I was on a turkey hunt right after I had the surgery. Got a dry socket and when I raised up and shot a turkey with some super magnum donkey killer turkey loads, I swear my eyes crossed and I saw stars from the tooth pain. Good luck! |

Get all 4 pulled at once..Stay home, relax, heal, dont smoke cigars during this time It leaves funky tatstes in your mouth. Tobacco,blood, exposed gums,salt water.Enough to make a man give up the herf.. |
