For me it was the scene in Fast times @ Ridgemont High" when Phoebe Cates came out of the pool to the Car's song, "Moving in Stereo".

For a 15 year old kid, that scene totally rocked.

It was easily Fast Times at Ridgemont High, until I saw Team America on DVD. That scene changed me.

The scene in Monster's Ball was hard core, if not overdone. I'm of two minds on it in terms of "hot", however.

On the one hand, I'd nail Halle Berry like a shake shingle roof; on the other hand, Thornton is a fucking fruit loop and I did not appreciate seeing him grunting and thrusting.

Ok, I think I'm gonna go with the Alyssa Milano / Charlotte Lewis lesbian scene from Embrace of the Vampire (1994).

It was Alyssa's first real outing as a smokin hot babe leaving behind her little kid role from "Who's the Boss?"

Was easily as unexpected as the Phoebe Cates topless scene in Fast Times and it really did it for me. I didn't understand the attraction to Alyssa prior to that film. Since then I'm a devotee.

Mine would have to be Jaqueline Bissett in the movie "Secrets".This was before "The Deep" even came out,so you could imagine how hot she was.

I have no idea how I seen it,it was a looong time ago and I must have been 12-13 yrs old.It must have been on an early version of Spank-o-Vision or something.

Edit: I just looked it up,the movie came out in 1971!!! I was a 6 yr old pervert.I didn't think my perversion started until at least 10.

I’d have to say the first Sex Scene in The Stewardesses.
The CoC prevents me from saying Exactly what they were doing, but just listening to that gal moaning while watching this unknown guys butt kept thrusting and pounding away…We never see his face; the camera is directly behind them.

And to top the scene off, all this time her room mate is at the door of the apartment, knocking on the door, calling out her name, and all that you can see of her roommate is her legs up in the air.

I'd have to say "An Officer and a Gentleman" was pretty good with Debra Winger, although it was an older movie.

I worked in a drive in theater from 1977 to 1983. We had a bunch of ground breaking movies come out in that time.

I guess it depends on what you are looking for. Meg Ryan doing the "When Harry met Sally" thing in the cafe was pretty good.

I would have to vote that purely theatrical, not pron would be the standard. Are we talking about a brilliant performance being believable people sharing a true moment or just a kinky sex scene about two or more people banging it out?

I would vote more believable. You know, "About Last Night" with a young Demi was pretty hot and realistic.

- Sea of Love had some steamy scenes
- When Vassili does Tania in Enemy at the Gates
- Caligula... um, take your pick. Not necessarily the BEST sex scenes, but certainly memorable.
- Terminator (Kyle Reese and Sarah Connor)

If we're talking simply nude scenes... where do I start:
- Scene in Howling II when Sybill Danning's clothes are ripped of
- Every scene with Mathilda May in Lifeforce
- Fast Times... goes without saying
- As much as I hate Demi Moore seeing her topless in Striptease "moved" me.
- Shannon Elizabeth in American Pie
- Three-breasted lady in Total Recall

Okay, the Jude Law/Rachel Weisz sex scene in Enemy at the Gates was not necessery, nor was it even good. She looked like she was dying, dude.

The sex scene in American Psycho is great just because it's so funny to watch. Doing a chick doggy style and flexing in the mirror.

The bathroom sex scene in Unfaithful is pretty hot, IMO.

Hmmm. I am thinking of a blurb from Entertainment Tonight about that scene years ago when True Lies came out. I swear they mentioned something about her trainer being a body double or something for that scene.

That was the best sex scene ever committed to film that I have personally seen, just on the merits of being so, well, unique. Very memorable.

I think it worked well in the dingy, gritty feel of the movie. It wasn't what you'd expect from Hollyweird. Not the usual, they find a place where they're alone, shower together, and have clean sex on clean sheets with the "passionate" music playing and the whole cliche' sex scene.
