I'm sure theres a bunch of sites out there, any one stand out above the rest?

Also, Im looking to pick up a specific bike book, I think some say it is kinda controversial, something along the lines of flick of the wrist? It's one of the more prominent books on motorcycle riding and techniques.

Thanks.

ETA: Swingset already recommended it another thread, "Twist of the Wrist". hope my library has it.

I was on R1150R.NET when I had the rockster, pretty good group of riders but it was focused mainly on oilheads. I never did find a holy grail of BMW Motorad websites.

The book your looking for is Twist of the Wrist II, it's all about the hows and whys of riding.

What kind of BMW motorcycle?

I suggest www.advrider.com, advrider.net sends you to some piece of shit advertisement webpage.

You can go to the GS Spot forum which is like the AR15 tech forums or else go to your Northeast regional forum, which is like your NY hometown forum.

I didn't see the helo or the wires attaching those BMW's to it as (according to some people here) there's no way that a big heavy dual sport bike can do stuff like that.

Head on over to Adventure Rider, your bike will fit right in at the GS Spot.

Those HP2's will do a lot more than you think, unlike the G650X, they won't lose the exhausts very easily.

This one went end over end and kept the exhaust...

They are a 110 hp GS...without all the uneccesary BS and a proper front end.

True, the stock ones are super heavy. I've run over two 650X pipes lying on the ground.

I missed BRS, so I didn't get to see the aftermath of that second crash in person.
