i really need to do a good scrubbing/wax/polish on mine.  i think living in albuquerque was the absolute worst with all the sand and whatnot scratching up the paint and chrome though.

its actually looks a lot better than i thought it would.  i thought it would be overpowering cow, but with the other stuff it is more like subtle cow

BTW did you really take it all apart just to wax it? I know some people who are anal about having a clean bike but you have them beat.

Its not hard taking it apart and I also needed to clean the engine itself. It had about 7,000 miles of grime on it that included several trips through thunderstorms. She was long overdue for a bath and waxing.

I loathe polishing. Next bike I own will be Rhino-lined dammit.
