My son (19) is on his way back from Chincoteague Virginia, he said they rented scooters but he's 6'1 190 so it was pretty slow.
This is a break through for me as he hit a tree on a Honda 100 when he was 13 and broke a rib...I know; chest protectors are your friend...  I'm thinking about one of these:  Using side roads it's possible to drive to any part of our town and the 2 neighboring towns. Does anyone here have one? TIA, Pete |

Here's a picture of my '79 Trail 90. I use mine a lot like you're talking about. I buzz around the side streets of our little town of 2300 people and once in a while I run around a few of the outlying gravel roads. Great little bikes, but I'm sure Kirkp will be along shortly to tell you that you can't have one and that I will soon be SoccerMom food on mine. ETA forgot the photo!
