Is this street legal or just a fun toy for the track?

I'm on their mailing list (read - hoping I get rich one day to build one my way and afford it)

I can't think if a more impractical...but fun..car. About the only thing that comes close would be a Smart four-two with a Hayabusa motor in it.

If I had a track nearby to twist it on, it'd be that much more alluring...as it is, I'd sooner get one of those than any Porsche or Ferrari, had I the money.

street legal in the US? no bumpers, are they EPA smogged?

They are neat , but need a windshield. other than that they are as least as practical as a bike.

Their price tag surprises me.  I suspect it is a matter of economies of scale.

I was on my motorcycle when I met up with the electric version. I split traffic at a light so I could get next to it. Talked to the guy at a couple lights. 3 rd light and I ask how fast it is? Light turns green and he is gone. He pulls away from my 1200 Bandit.

Dam thing was so quiet I never knew he wanted to race or he had it floored.
