1996 Burb, 5.7l, K1500, 4l60.  

This isn't a slow leak either...

The other day it was groaning a bit, so I checked it--dry.  Added a bottle, that cleared up the groans right away.  Next morning I came out and saw the nice puddle, though.  

So instead of adding more and more (though it's cheap) PS fluid, what's the guesstimate on fixing something like that?  DIY?  Send it in to a shop?  Sacrifice a live chicken and pray to the gods of auto repair?

Sounds like a hose fitting let go. Simple to do, just need to find out which one is leaking.
