Haveing owned musclesars all of my life, I always look forward to nice weather and a high HP musclecar to become king of the road again. Lumpy cam, flowmasters, gasoline fumes, and burning rubber......nothing else like it.
 My current ride is an ex bracket / street car. 85 460 Mustang......runs mid 12's on 50's street tires, slipping and sliding. Lets see your rides.

 Anyone have a TE-60 or some 009's their getting rid of for cheap? I haven't driven my car in nine months and I am going to bring it up from Ohio to my house in Flint, Michigan to upgrade turbo/injectors for that final leap into the 11's. |

You check the turbo Buick boards yet ? Turbo Buick.com Turbo Buicks.com I'd just drop a set of MSD50's in it and a TE44. That seems to be a pretty popular 11-sec combo with little-no turbo lag. Don't forget the basics like good fuel pump & hotwire kit, adjustable fuel pressure regulator and adjustable wastegate actuator. Eric from Turbotweak makes KILLER computer chips for our cars too... |

nice pics all..though i see some modern cars in here that are not so much muscle...that olds turbo is so sweet though..very nice sleeper attitude......and eli...that '04 cobra.....if you don't mind i'd like to help you in your modding process....oh and check out svtperformance.com if you haven't already...sweet ass site.....okay
keep the stock wheels but go w/ AFS 10.5" wheels in back....315's for the meats........you'll need a spacer or grind down the irs bolt.....while we're on irs....dump it and get a straight axle or upgrade to level 5 halfshafts....coilovers in the corners.....dump the Heaton (i know it's eaton but that thing loves the heat) and either whipple, kenne bell, or twin turbo that biatch (ne where in the 20+ psi would work)...you could also opt for a 324 c.i. from VT racing motors hehe....hmmm change the gear ratio......stiffen the chassis and you're well on your way to pure muscle...don't forget a good tune too!...ya i know i left some important shit out (like money to do all that, and a few other parts needed)....oh and if you go with all that you'll still be under the costs of a c6 Z06 and be able to eat it for breakfast!!! and you'd be able to eat an unmodded and lightly modded GT too (ford GT that is).....did i mention you have to have a pretty deep pocket to do this lol!?!?!sorry maybe i'm just dreamin of what i'd do if i had a cobra hehe not criticizing your car bro cuz i would kill for an 03/04 cobra but just some stuff to get you started....although you probably already know this...and if you could would you post some more pix of it...it's beautiful |

Well, here's my 94 Z28, not a true "musclecar" in the traditional sense, but I consider it modern muscle and it would probably whoop most of the common older musclecars soooo...
 Has a few bolt ons, headers, gutted cat, magnaflow cat-back, Moroso cold air setup, etc. Runs well enough for a year long daily driver for a broke ass college student. |

Yeah, not a normal muscle car- a red neck muscle truck-
 UPD intake, flowmaster 70 series for quiet running, 3.73 LS dif, mild computer programming, nitrous with digital controler system completely hidden. Needs a torque converter, up one size on the jets, and traction bars. Currently runs a 14.2 quarter mile. Maintains full towing capacity, incase one of your guys kills your car at the track.

A current project. While it looks complete, it's going to have alot more going into it now. The rear end is going to get worked over, and some Hotchkis goodies are on the way. Also waiting on a set of 18x10 American Racing Rebels for the rears, and 17x9 for the front.
It started as a 12 second cruiser project. Now 90% of the parts are here to have a 10 second corner carver. Can anyone guess what platfrom it is just by the frame?

Damn, I didn't think anyone would pick it up that fast. UH_SALT_RIFLE, in the next half of the year, I'm hoping it will be an A-body 442 that I'll be posting pictures of instead. The car's actually my dad's, but now it's going to become my mom's 10 second track car that will also see laps at the local road course. It has a feature story set up for a popular magazine some time this summer. The amazing thing is that it's a 78 Olds Wagon painted like a 1983 Hurst Olds. The frame was stolen from an old 1984 Hurst Olds that got totaled in a tornado, and you can see our show 1984 Hurst Olds in the back. My 1985 442 is next for a frame off and drive train work over. Then I'm going to go in search of an A-body 442.  At this point we were doing a trial fit of the body to the frame. All's good but this picture was taken because it looked like a G-body 4x4 swamper.   |

Some of those cars need to get to the track. This is mine just before running 13.4 totally stock at a track with NO prep (read: no traction).
 My first ever day at a track, beating another car just like mine  My first launch ever, which resulted in me getting sideways both ways immediately after this picture was taken.

   I got my first 67 charger when i was in high school.1980.It was from Michigan so it had alot of rust,but i never sold it. I found this 67 out of California and man it was ruff ,it looked like crap but it was solid .It was originaly yellow. Well to make a long story short ,with the help of family and friends i made one car out of the 2. Slightly built 383 4 barrell, tourq flight trans with manual valve body slight stall.4:10 sure grip with super stock leaf springs.I took it to the drag strip and ran a 14:30 at 100mph.Not to shabby for a 2 ton tank.Yes it is part of the family
