Last I checked full size GM pickups from 2000 and up all have 6 lug now (2wd and 4wd). MIght be from a S10 which was a 4 3/4" X 5" bolt pattern. I think your 86 has a 5" X 5" pattern.

Of course, if your truck is a "project" then you could swap out other parts, etc etc etc until they DO fit. But I think if you do that, you won't save any $
