 ...that sucks... Hopefully that driver made it. What made the car go sideways? It looks like it drifted to the left before crossing over... Blown tire maybe? |

To me it looked like he lost traction, and slid sideways

I also think he lost traction and then over corrected his steering input which would be easy to do at that speed. To add insult to injury he red-lighted at the starting line giving the Javelin the win.

It has been a while since I have Drag raced, but He should have heated those tires up a little more than what he did........ Sticky slicks stick
I also noticed that there could have been a little more air pressure on the right rear which could have caused a traction loss |

He also backed into the burnout box for a second time which may not have been the best thing to do in hindsight.
