I'm gonna blast trough a couple hundred rounds of ammo tomorrow.

I'm not gonna be playing grease monkey again until the 360 motor gets out of the machine shop.

I'll then have some fun dropping it back in the 1994 3500 4x4 it came out of.

Cleaning and rearranging  the garage, finding tools that have been strung out around the house.  Then tonite it's off to the local dirt track where I pit for a friend that drives a late model stockcar.

Finally finishing up the MK8 project.

97' MK8 with 13" KVR rotors and Mustang Cobra PBR calipers, new upper and lower control arms, tie rod ends, strut rod bushings, ball joints, ADDCO sway bar, and suspension sensors. Out back are 12" KVR rotors, ADDCO sway bar, and a 3.73 Traction Lock diff. from a Cobra. All the good stuff is hidden behind a set of 17X9 Cobra R type wheels with Michelin (fuckin' frogs make good meats) 255/45X17's.

Next on the list is the new fuel pump, transmission service, and a real dual exhaust with QUIET mufflers. The older I get, the more I hate a noisy street car. With the exception of the big-block Mustang, of course.

I was lazy this weekend, I only changed the oil in my F150 and my motorcycle.  I think all the beer over took my ability to work on stuff.

It wasn't the weekend, but I did do this yesterday (Monday) on my '85 Chevy 6.2L diesel pickup:

1. Changed oil and oil filter
2. Changed air filter
3. Greased front end (five fittings)
4. Topped off transfer case with ATF (has slow leak)
5. Replaced exhaust mount with a large radiator hose clamp
6. Removed, wire brushed, slobbered liberal amounts of "Never Seize," and re-mounted exhaust clamp (it wasn't tight enough, causing exhaust leak)

I was driving a good portion of the weekend.

Worked monday.

Spent today changing oil, air filter, and cleaning the interior.  Interior still needs help, but I think the only thing that's going to fix it is a steam cleaning, and the car isn't worth that much effort.
