Trying to decide between BBK chrome or ceramic headers for my mustang.

Is there really a significant difference in the heat conduction between these two? I've read that supposedly ceramic headers keep the engine bay cooler.

Are they worth the extra $120 bucks? I don't care if my headers change color; I've heard ceramic keeps its color better with heat as well.

Not only does it keep the engine bay cooler, they don't look like shit after a few months.
I won't but an un-coated set - the Hookers were already on the car;

If you don't mind them becoming rusty and looking like shit within a year, go chrome.

If you actually drive the car, go ceramic.

LOL - I had the shop do it when the motor was out being rebuilt as an LT4.

One of the most fun to change spark plugs on (no matter what exhaust is on it) - have to get some from the top, some from the bottom, use a jack handle on the ratchet to get the ones in the back, & remove the alternator to get to #2...
