Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Replacing power window motor in 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee - but window glass wont lift up manually

Trying to remove the old power motor on the front passenger door. The glass is stuck in the down position, need to lift the glass by hand to remove it from the motor but no matter how hard I lift or jimmy or wiggle, the glass wont move up more than a couple milimeters. I looked all over and cant figure out what its catching on. Am I missing something?

Duh. Im a moron. I took off one clip holding the window to the motor but not the second.
