i found a tailgate forsale on craigs list, and the guy is in iowa, and i need for him to ship it to houston texas.



anybody ever deal with something this bulky ?  the tailgate probably weighs 15lbs or so and maybe 4 feet across, by 2 feet.

I used to work for a bus company, and they'd ship from terminal to terminal in the luggage areas under the buses.

I shipped a tailgate off an S10 a while back. I used USPS parcel post. It was a little cheaper than UPS ground.

As mentioned above USPS, FedEx, and UPS all have online calculators to figure out the cost.

I was going to suggest this. I shipped a fender for a 50's car a couple years ago from AZ to FL for pretty damn cheap, considering the size of the thing. I want to say it was around $40 at the time.
