...were deployed to AFG from mid to late 2010 to early to mid 2011?

There was an artillery unit that came back around December 2010 and infantry unit that is deploying early 2012. I don't know of any SCARNG units that were in AFG that time frame but I might be wrong.

Could have been a Agriculture Development Team.

Should have been elements of the 218th Enhanced Brigade. Since 2005, they have had units to Iraq and Afghanistan virtually year-round.

The 218th is in constant rotation.
The ex wife an MP went in 2007.

1221st Engineer Clearance Company was deployed in July 2010 and there til July 2011. I was on a Patriot Guard mission for SSG Harley who was KIA. He and they are from Aiken, SC
