i think we are gonna have homemade wings--it will be my first try

and meatball subs

a shrimp ring--im gonna make my own cocktail sauce

and birthday cake

i love having a superbowl/birthday party

Beer....lots and lots of beer!

I may make some Nachos....who knows?

All this Steeler hyperbole is gonna look really silly after while!

The chili and bbq ribs have been in their respective crock pots since 2PM yesterday. Nacho cheese is warming along with the honey mustard for the pretzels. The beer and soda's where placed outside last night to chill, it was 20F this morning. Yes, I'm about ready!

Hogs in a sleeping-bag (deer meat polish dogs wrapped in philo dough)

Deer jerky

Mango salsa w/tortilla chips

South Dakota caviar (beans, tomato, jalapenos, corn, onion, lemon juice and spices)

veg tray

numerous dips/sauces
1. Horshradish mustard
2. Blue cheese
3. Ranch
4. Chocolate fondue with fruit
5. Bacon cheese and cheese crackers

Beverage of choice...

Uh, well, let's see....

Queso (1 block velveeta, 1 onion, 2 jalapenos, 1 can rotel)
Salsa
Secret Dip (dunno, but it was good)
Chips
Pigs-in-a-Blanket
BBQ Brisket
BBQ pork
Brownies
Margaritas
Martinis
Beer

No birthday cake, though, and I even had to make the bbq!! wtf...
