I've found no issues with the Mac version.
In fact, I love the new shared library feature. It consolidates all your itunes libraries from other computers on the network into one large library. You could see individual ones before, but this lets you see all the music/video at once. |

I have it running on Windows 7 RTM Pro x64 with no problems whatsoever.
