How do you remove the blades from these things?  I've never had to & am finding it to be difficult.  I think it might be stuck.  The rear "wheel" says < RELEASE BLADE < but it's spring loaded & a b!tch to move.  Is it suppose to kick the blade out or do I need something to pull it?

twist the wheel enough and it will fall out.

Are you trying to remove the spare blade or the usable blade?

To remove the usable blade push down, twist counter-clockwise(?) and pull out.

The rear "wheel" is to remove the spare blade, if there is one, stored in the butt. Hold the tool upside down, turn the wheel, blade should fall out.

Yup.  And each blade will have a cutting and a non-cutting side.  It's a good idea to leave the noncutting side out when you're not using the tool to keep the blade sharp.
