Are you trying to remove the spare blade or the usable blade?
To remove the usable blade push down, twist counter-clockwise(?) and pull out. The rear "wheel" is to remove the spare blade, if there is one, stored in the butt. Hold the tool upside down, turn the wheel, blade should fall out. |

Yup. And each blade will have a cutting and a non-cutting side. It's a good idea to leave the noncutting side out when you're not using the tool to keep the blade sharp. |
