i run fedora core 4 if that counts.
a dual boot on several of my systems. and i run it on my laptop, 100% wireless internet.

I run Fedora Core 4 on my PowerBook G4, and run Ubuntu and Kubuntu 5.10 on my main PC. I just run windows on my lan party machine, as its only purpose in life is playing games.

slackware, I only have winblows on my main computer in order to play games and run programs that I can't get working under wine or emulators.

how is slackware compared to fedora. im in no way a linux professional. i just tinker with it on the side.
is it fairly simple to setup on a wireless network? |

All the servers I'm in charge of either run Fedora 4, Redhat Enterprise 3 or Fedora 5.

All in total at home (I've been trying real hard lately to consolidate and get rid of boxes...). I'm running debian sarge on my main system, knoppmyth on my PVR box (got lazy trying to get the tuner to work right). Unslung on a Linksys NSLU2, and openwrt on a Linksys WTR54G. No problems with anything... My xbox is hard modded and I've been debating about trying Xebian on that too. Anyone have any luck with that?

Wow! A working NextStation? Haven't seen one of those in years. Loved NextStep, Objective C, Display Postscript and all. Some interesting and innovative software was written for that OS. Hardware was so expensive that no one could afford the stuff, though. Alpine |

Currently....
Media Box in the living room (running mythTV with vid capture card and VLC) - FreeBSD 6 Majority of Servers at work - RHEL 3/4 Old ass Dell Laptop used for media/car standalone tuning/whatever - FreeBSD 5.3 When not using command line I prefer KDE. |

I've run linux as my primary OS for years. Just switched to Mac last week -- got a new Mini. I still run mandrake on my fileserver though.

openbsd on server at home, fedora 3 on servers at work, slack on workstation at home (about to go to fedora core 5 in place of slackware - I used to be a fan of slack, but it's been giving me problems on my newest machine).

Ran it on a secondary box at work for the last five years or so. I finally decided a few weeks ago that I no longer want to deal with formatting and reinstalling windoze every few months So I installed FC4 on my main pc at home and haven't looked back.. I installed VM Ware to run XP for the few win32 apps that I still want to use, but other than that, I couldnt be happier.
