Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - ActiveX

After a hard drive failure I installed a new drive and reloaded Windows 2003 Server.  Now I'm having trouble with ActiveX.  I used to get the yellow information bar that would allow me the option to download the control.  Now the bar just gives me the option to read the information bar help.

I've added the site to my trusted sites.  Allowed activex scripting everywhere I can find an option but it still doesn't work.
