Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - program will not start?

Used  MSN Digital Pro 9 to edit a pic.  Closed program.  Went back later to use program but it will not open.  Removed software then re-installed it.  Still get hourglass then it times out and will not open.  Need help, Christmas pics need fixing!

uninstall the software.  manually delete the directory under Programs Files.  reboot and try to reinstall the software.
