Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Samsung's "The Frame" TV

Does anyone have one of these? I swore I'd never buy a TV over $1000 again just because the lower-end ones meet my needs usually but we needed a new one in our bedroom and the wife liked this one. I pre-ordered a 2021 version that will be out in a month in 55". Anyways, just curious of your opinions since I haven't really heard much about them.

Sounds like you got it approved due to the style/design of it.

All-around, TV/movie/gaming, there are better/bigger displays for the same price/cheaper.
For pure IQ, going OLED would blow "The Frame" out of the water for a home theatre setup at about the same price.

Good point. I would definitely pick something else if it was going in my Home Theater. Hopefully, this will suffice for the bedroom.
