Mine crapped out. I have read that it is a common issue.

What should I replace it with.? AT&T if that matters.

anything that is class 10 or higher. namely sandisk is where i stay as they have a good rep with flash memory.

I've had 1 or 2 Sandisks eaten by my Samsung phones.
Now I use Samsung SD cards in my Samsung phone. No problems, so far.

YMMV.

Sandisk has some of the fastest SD cards on the market right now, if that matters to you.
