Groupon has a good price on these and my tablet has reached it's end of life and it's time to replace it.  

Anybody using one and can give me some feedback on it?

I have a TF700T, which also has the Tegra3 CPU and a gig of RAM, and can say that it is fast.  The Tegra 3 is a great chip.

Some companies' skins, or overlays, of Android are nothing short of ridiculous, and personally, I am a bit of a minimalist.  Asus has stayed pretty minimal, and to the extent that they do customize, I think that they've done a really, really good job - they haven't done it to be overly flashy, but rather to provide you with some good, convenient control of the hardware.

Now, I don't know about the TF300T, but I can say that the TF700T is fairly slippery.  And that it doesn't resist short drops as well as my old Archos did.
